Edna Schafer-Hughes – Home-Start Tamworth Chair said:
“As the current Chair of Home-Start Tamworth, I am over the moon that we are in receipt of this wonderful award, which has only proved possible because of the work and dedication of all the staff, the trustees and especially the volunteers who have been part of this organisation in Tamworth over the past 23 years. This accolade really belongs to you all! As a single parent myself, I only wish that it had been in place a few years earlier when I would have welcomed the help, support and friendship given”

“Home-Start is such a wonderful organisation and is doing a superb job here in Tamworth I wanted to help in whatever way I could and as a local businessman I felt the best way was to be a trustee”
